Mēz is a one-of-a-kind multimedia platform that aims to inspire, inform, and represent our world through storytelling. It will feature videos, magazines, blogs, digital museums, podcasts, soundscapes, and so much more, created by youth, for youth.

Mēz is powered by Stories At The Table, a social good creative house bringing innovative, socially conscious solutions which match the ever-changing world we live in, to the brands and people who are helping transform it.
Maryam and Nivaal Rehman are the co-founders of Stories At The Table. These Harvard students have been storytellers and producers for 10+ years, working with the Walt Disney Company, the United Nations, World Bank, Malala Fund, and more on a variety of projects, demonstrating the power of youth-led innovation.
Their work has reached millions around the world and through Mēz, they’re creating a truly unique digital platform which connects people through authentic stories.

You keep all the rights to your content, and can feel free to repost and share across your channels or on other platforms as well.
Depending on capacity, we can also provide post-production support in editing, captioning, colour-grading, etc. for selected projects, including short films and documentary projects that need post-production support to be completed. In exchange, for these projects, Mēz will be added as an Executive Producer and get the exclusive streaming rights.
